Cook the spaguetti according to package instructions. Add 1 teaspoon of salt into the water.
In a pan, add the olive oil and sausage. Set it to medium-high heat and cook it for around 3 minutes on one side.
Turn the sausage and cook it for another 2 minutes.
Add the garlic, spinach and dried-tomatoes to the pan. Cook it for around 2 minutes.
Add the cooking cream, parmesan cheese, spice sauce, black pepper. Mix it all well and cook it until the heavy cream boils. Try the sauce and adjust the salt and spiciness as per your taste (leave it to do it at the end, since the sausage and the parmesan adds already salt into it. I normally do not add any extra salt to this dish).
Add the cooked pasta to the pot. Turn off the heat. Mix it well to make sure all pasta is covered in sauce.
Serve it immediately with some shredded parmesan on top.
