  • 1 Baking tray 8in x 10in (20cm x 25 cm)

Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 400 g Cherry Tomatoes, whole
  • 1 Red onion, finely sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano or Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by pre-heating the oven at 356°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, add the garlic, oregano, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Mix it well and reserve.

  • In a baking tray, add the feta in the middle. Add the cherry tomatoes and the sliced red onions around the feta cheese.

  • Pour the seasoning mixture on top of everything (feta and tomatoes). Mix the tomatoes a bit with the seasoning.

  • Place the baking tray inside the oven. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  • Your Baked Feta with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes is ready. Serve it immediately as a starter. It goes great with bread or on top of pasta.
