Baked Feta and Tomatoes Ingredients
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 400 g Cherry Tomatoes, whole
- 1 Red onion, finely sliced
- 3 Tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano or Basil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
How to Make Baked Feta and Tomatoes
- Start by pre-heating the oven at 356°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, add the garlic, oregano, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Mix it well and reserve.
- In a baking tray, add the feta in the middle. Add the cherry tomatoes and the sliced red onions around the feta cheese.
- Pour the seasoning mixture on top of everything (feta and tomatoes). Mix the tomatoes a bit with the seasoning.
- Place the baking tray inside the oven. Bake for about 35 minutes.
- Your Baked Feta with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes is ready. Serve it immediately as a starter. It goes great with bread or on top of pasta.
