Baked Feta and Tomatoes Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 400 g Cherry Tomatoes, whole
  • 1 Red onion, finely sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano or Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

How to Make Baked Feta and Tomatoes

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven at 356°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, add the garlic, oregano, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Mix it well and reserve.
  3. In a baking tray, add the feta in the middle. Add the cherry tomatoes and the sliced red onions around the feta cheese.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture on top of everything (feta and tomatoes). Mix the tomatoes a bit with the seasoning.
  5. Place the baking tray inside the oven. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  6. Your Baked Feta with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes is ready. Serve it immediately as a starter. It goes great with bread or on top of pasta.
