- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup Apple Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Parsley, chopped
This is a very easy recipe. Thinly chop the onion, tomatoes and parsley. Add all vegetables into a bowl, together with the seasonings. Mix it well. Adjust salt if necessary.Serve Brazilian Vinaigrette as a side dish to your grilled meat, on top of bread or any other dish of your preference.
Tip:
To make the onion not so strong, after chopping the onion, add it to a bowl, add water and cook it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove the water.
