Spread of choice (hummus or guacamole for example)
Instructions
Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in a medium-high heat pan for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
In the meantime, wash and cut the vegetables. Mix them in a bowl, season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the tortilla into a big enough pan when it is warm. Can be the same one you used to cook the chicken. Warm the tortilla on both sides. Don't let it overcook it, otherwise it will get too "crunchy". Just enough so it is warm and change sides. Like 1 minute or less per side.
In a place, start by placing the tortilla. Add the spread and some jalapenos, if you want something a bit spicy.
Add the lettuce and vegetables and on top, the chicken. Make sure to leave enough space on the sides, to be able to close the warp.
Close and assemble the warp by first joining 2 sides close to the middle.
Then while holding these 2 sides, roll one side to the other.

Notes
I like to normally also add cooked bulgur with the salad to make the wrap even more filling. But this is optional.
