Grated cucumber (with the skin)

Instructions
Grate the cucumber.
Remove excess water from the cucumber with your hands.
Mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper into a bowl.
Add the cucumber, garlic, and dill.
Mix everything and serve it cold with pita bread as an appetizer, or as a side to your favorite grilled meat.
