Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grated cucumber (with the skin)
  • cups Unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber.
  • Remove excess water from the cucumber with your hands.
  • Mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper into a bowl.
  • Add the cucumber, garlic, and dill.
  • Mix everything and serve it cold with pita bread as an appetizer, or as a side to your favorite grilled meat.
