Easy Pork and Vegetables Stir Fry

For the Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
For the Stir Fry
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- ½ pound Pork filet, sliced (200g)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- ½ Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Pak choy, chopped
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and mix them well. Reserve.
In a pan, add the sesame oil and pork in a medium-high heat. Fry it for around 3 minutes.
Add the onions and carrots. Cook it for around 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the sauce, mix it well. Turn the heat off. Finally, add the green onions.
Garnish with sesame seeds, serve it with rice.
