Easy Pork and Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

For the Stir Fry

  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ pound Pork filet, sliced (200g)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, chopped
  • ½ Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Pak choy, chopped
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and mix them well. Reserve.
  • In a pan, add the sesame oil and pork in a medium-high heat. Fry it for around 3 minutes.
  • Add the onions and carrots. Cook it for around 3 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Add the sauce, mix it well. Turn the heat off. Finally, add the green onions.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, serve it with rice.
