Pork and Vegetables Stir Fry Ingredients

For the Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
For the Stir Fry:
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 pound Pork filet, sliced (200g)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, chopped
  • ½ Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Pak choy, chopped
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped

How to Make the Best Pork and Vegetables Stir Fry

  1. Start by chopping all vegetables and the pork filet.
  2. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and mix them well. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, add the sesame oil and pork in a medium-high heat. Fry it for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the onions and carrots. Stir fry it for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic, red bell pepper and pak choy and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the sauce, mix it well and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Turn the heat off. Finally, add the green onions.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds, serve on top of white rice.

Recipe Tips

  • Try to slice the pork and vegetables into similar size pieces to ensure they cook quickly and evenly. Thinner slices of pork will sear better and remain tender.
