Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 1 pound Mushrooms (450g) I used champignons
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium-high heat pan. Stir it until the mushrooms are cooked. It will take around 3-5 minutes.
  • Once the mushrooms are cooked, garnish with fresh parsley. You can also decide to add a little bit of fresh lemon juice, to bring up the flavors.
  • Serve it as a side dish or on top of bread/toast, or a flavorful addition to pasta, risotto, or salads.
