- ¾ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Cinnamon to taste
Start by crushing the walnuts into smaller pieces. You can do this in different ways: use a blender or food processor, use a cutting board and a knife or placing the walnuts inside a bag and hitting it with something heavy like a meat hammer.
In a pan over high heat, add the walnuts and fry them for about 3 minutes.
Place the Greek yogurt into a bowl or individual serving dishes. Drizzle the honey generously over the top of the yogurt. You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste, depending on how sweet you like it. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Finish by sprinkling cinnamon to taste to enhance the flavor.
