How to make the Perfect Poached Eggs

If I knew it was this easy, I would have tried making poached eggs much sooner.

Ingredients

  • Eggs (how many you would like to do)
  • 3 Tablespoons White vinegar

Instructions

  • Add water to a pot and turn on high heat. When the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low.
  • Crack an egg into a small bowl. Only one egg in a bowl at a time.
  • Wait for the water to not have big bubbles because of the boiling before placing the egg. This is an important step.
  • Add the vinegar to the water. Mix it.
  • Rotate a spoon in the pot and create a vortex in the middle.
  • Finally, simply add the egg in the middle and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Depending on how you like your egg.
  • Remove the egg with a spoon and place it in a bowl. Remove all excess water.
  • It is perfect on top of an avocado toast.
