How to make the Perfect Poached Eggs
If I knew it was this easy, I would have tried making poached eggs much sooner.

- Eggs (how many you would like to do)
- 3 Tablespoons White vinegar
Add water to a pot and turn on high heat. When the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low.
Crack an egg into a small bowl. Only one egg in a bowl at a time.
Wait for the water to not have big bubbles because of the boiling before placing the egg. This is an important step.
Add the vinegar to the water. Mix it.
Rotate a spoon in the pot and create a vortex in the middle.
Finally, simply add the egg in the middle and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Depending on how you like your egg.
Remove the egg with a spoon and place it in a bowl. Remove all excess water.
It is perfect on top of an avocado toast.
