Marinade
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken thighs, cubed (around 450 grams or 1 pound)
- 1½ Tablespoons Soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Other Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Minced ginger
- The juice of half a lemon
- ½ Lemon, sliced
- 3 Tablespoons Green onion
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Start by adding into a bowl the cubed chicken and all seasonings for the marinate. Mix it well and set it aside for 10 minutes.
In a pan on medium-high heat, add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and stir fry it for about 6 minutes.
Add both ginger and garlic and stir fry it for about a minute.
Add the green onion, lemon juice and sliced lemon. Mix it well and turn off the heat.
Serve it immediately with a side of white rice.
