- 4 pieces Boneless skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Onion soup mix
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and select the top/bottom heat mode.
In a bowl mix all ingredients together and place the chicken thighs into a baking tray.
Cover the baking tray with foil paper. Bake the chicken, with the foil paper for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil, and change the oven mode to top grill. Let it bake for another 15 minutes or until the top is brown and crispy.
Turn off the oven and serve the chicken with rice, mashed potatoes, baked vegetables or any other side dish of your preference.
