Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion soup mix
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and select the top/bottom heat mode.
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients together and place the chicken thighs into a baking tray.
  • Cover the baking tray with foil paper. Bake the chicken, with the foil paper for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, and change the oven mode to top grill. Let it bake for another 15 minutes or until the top is brown and crispy.
  • Turn off the oven and serve the chicken with rice, mashed potatoes, baked vegetables or any other side dish of your preference.
