- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Sausage, sliced (I used cabanossi)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Zucchini, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
In a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil sausage and onions. Cook it for around 4 minutes.
Add the garlic, zucchini, red bell pepper and tomato. Mix it well and cook it for another 6 minutes.
Adjust the salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve it on top of white rice.
