Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Sausage, sliced (I used cabanossi)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil sausage and onions. Cook it for around 4 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, zucchini, red bell pepper and tomato. Mix it well and cook it for another 6 minutes.
  • Adjust the salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve it on top of white rice.
