Sausage and Vegetables Stir Fry Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Sausage, sliced (I used Cabanossi)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Zucchini, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to Make the Best Sausage and Vegetables Stir Fry
- In a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil sausage and onions. Cook it for around 4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, zucchini, red bell pepper and tomato. Mix it well and cook it for another 6 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve it on top of white rice.
Recipe Tips
- It is a very versatile recipe, you can add different vegetables. However, be aware of the different time of cooking each vegetable has. In this recipe start with onions, and only then add the other vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini and tomato.
- Use high heat to get a nice sear on the sausage and to keep the vegetables crisp.
- Recommended to eat on top of white rice.
