- 1 cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- 15 leaves Fresh Mint
- The juice of ½ lemon
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (yogurt, lemon, garlic, mint, salt and black pepper) and mix it well.
Serve it as a side to meat dishes or roasted vegetables. It is also great as a dip or a salad dressing.
How long does it last in the fridge?
Store this Yogurt Mint Dip in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Stirring the dip before serving can also help maintain its texture. If the dip develops an off smell, it’s best to discard it.
