- Salt and black pepper to taste

- ½ Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- ½ Tablespoon Honey (if you don’t have honey at home, just substitute ½ Tablespoon Brown Sugar and ½ Tablespoon Honey to 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar)
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
How to Make Chicken Teriyaki Don
- Start by adding all ingredients for the marinate into a bowl. Mix them well. Reserve.
- Add the oil to a medium-high heat pan. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken with the skin down. Hold the chicken down with a spoon for 20 seconds. Continue pan-frying the chicken for about 4 minutes.
- Turn the chicken and pan-fry it on the other side for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and reserve.
