- 2¼ cups Water (boiling) (600ml)
- 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch

- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
How to Make the Best Meatballs with Gravy
Step-by-step to make Meatballs
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix it well. Use your hands.
- Make 1 inch balls (about 30 grams each meatball).
- Cook the meatballs in a pan on medium-high heat. 5 minutes on one side, flip the meatballs, cook for another 3 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the pan and reserve.
How to Make Homemade Gravy for Meatballs
- Use the same you cooked the meatballs to make the gravy (leave the leftover oil). Add the Cornstarch, all seasons to the pan and mix it well.
- Add the water and keep mixing it for about 3 minutes, until it thickens and boils.
- Add the meatballs back to the pan and let it simmer them together with the gravy for another 2 minutes. Serve it on top of mashed potatoes.
