  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

  • 2 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoon Beef bouillon
  • 2¼ cups Water (boiling) (600ml)
  • 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

How to Make the Best Meatballs with Gravy

Step-by-step to make Meatballs

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix it well. Use your hands.
  2. Make 1 inch balls (about 30 grams each meatball).
  3. Cook the meatballs in a pan on medium-high heat. 5 minutes on one side, flip the meatballs, cook for another 3 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the pan and reserve.

How to Make Homemade Gravy for Meatballs

  1. Use the same you cooked the meatballs to make the gravy (leave the leftover oil). Add the Cornstarch, all seasons to the pan and mix it well.
  2. Add the water and keep mixing it for about 3 minutes, until it thickens and boils.
  3. Add the meatballs back to the pan and let it simmer them together with the gravy for another 2 minutes. Serve it on top of mashed potatoes.
